Marlene's nose is threatening to collapse after having three surgeries. Her surgeon botched the procedures she had undertaken, so rather than trust the person whose next solution was to sand her nose down, she turns to doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif for help. While Paul helps to put right what the previous surgeon got wrong, Terry helps Chanel, a former recluse whose breast tissue started to disappear after a surgeon removed her implants. For once, Terry is confronted with a cosmetic breast case that he has never seen before, and is faced with a challenge when trying to put them back into shape. On this episode, the doctors also meet Tiffany, an Ivanka Trump superfan who has undergone 13 procedures to look like the daughter of the former president. But despite her willingness to have the operations that will transform her into her idol, Paul and Terry share their concerns, as they don't think now is the right time for her to undertake more surgery.

Many people want to look like their favourite celebrities, and so it is with Roy, a talented Micheal Jackson impersonator, who wants to look more like the 'King of Pop'. Unfortunately for him, his attempts to look like his idol are going a step too far. Jackson's own nose was affected by too much plastic surgery and Roy is facing the same problems if he opts for another nose job. Turning to Terry and Paul for help, he receives the benefit of their wisdom when they let him know another procedure on his nose could be dangerous. The two doctors also meet Shauna, a mother-of-three who travelled to Tijuana for a costly nose job. The botched operation she received left her with a condition called rhinorrhea, which causes her to drip more snot than is normal. To control the flow of fluid, she turns to Terry and Paul, who do what they can to reconstruct her nose and mend the embarrassing problem.

Dr Nassif steps into the surgical ring to help a boxer's crushed nose. In his 33-year career, the boxer has had his nose broken around 22 times, with three surgeries to fix it. There is no cartilage left, making it very difficult for him to breathe. But with each surgery, his nose keeps getting worse. He needs the doctors' help. Dr Dubrow needs his A game to bring a young woman's dead breasts back to life. Esmeralda's breasts have no nipple and no areola, with the skin discoloured, after getting a breast reduction. She also has one breast significantly bigger than the other. For the doctors, this is the worst breast reduction they have ever seen. And a woman with Norway's biggest breasts loves to make her boobs dance. She went to Brussels for the operation and, after the boob job, she became popular on social media singing a song about her big boobs. But it was while getting her nose done that things started to go wrong.
