Rainbow - Live in Munich 1977... Rainbow was formed by Ritchie Blackmore in 1975 after he left Deep Purple at the height of their fame. They were instantly successful and released a string of hit albums, with an ever changing line-up, between 1975 and 1983 when Blackmore broke up the group to join the reformed Deep Purple. This concert from their European tour in 1977 features the line-up responsible for the “Long Live Rock'n'Roll” album released later that year, including vocalist Ronnie James Dio and drummer Cozy Powell. Blackmore had to be smuggled out of Austria after a trouble with the police at a gig two nights earlier and was very late arriving in Munich, all of which seemed to inspire both the band and the audience to create a truly remarkable gig.

Roger Waters: The Wall in Berlin... Roger Waters was a primary creative force in Pink Floyd from 1965 to 1983 and wrote 'The Wall' in 1979. The Wall – Live in Berlin was a live concert performance held in Berlin, Germany, on 21 July 1990, to commemorate the fall of the Berlin Wall eight months earlier. The show had a sell-out crowd of over 250,000 people, and right before the performance started the gates were opened which enabled another 100,000 people to watch. Fifty-two countries broadcasted the event. Guest performers include: Scorpions, Cyndi Lauper, Sinéad O'Connor, Van Morrison, Marianne Faithfull, Bryan Adams and many more.

Stray Cats - Live at Montreux, 1981... When the Stray Cats rolled into Montreux in July 1981 they were one of the hottest properties around. They had 3 hit singles and a UK top 10 album already under their belts along with a string of headlining concerts, all of which had come since their relocation from New York to London in 1980. The band's combination of original songs and rockabilly classics with a punk attitude and style had caught the moment to perfection. Added to this were their considerable musical accomplishments and knack for songwriting. All in all it was a heady concoction and the crowd in Montreux reacted with near hysterical excitement, something rarely seen in what is usually a polite and reserved audience. This is the Stray Cats at their peak. Simply unmissable.
