But his efforts to get the perfect nose have caused complications and the doctors are worried that one more procedure could make things even worse for him.
The doctors help Victor, an entertainer and female impersonator, who no longer feels comfortable walking the streets after a botched operation left him with a misshapen nose. The initial treatment was carried out by a nurse without the requisite skills or licence, so Paul comes to Victor's rescue to restore both his nose and his self-confidence. Unfortunately, complications arise after surgery so Paul needs to step in again to make things better. She goes under the knife to help save both her marriage and her body, but there are risks involved with the operation. Later, the doctors have to extract silicone star implants from Aisha, a former body modification enthusiast. Now in pain because of the bodywork she initially received, and with restricted movements because of the metal under her skin, she needs Terry and Paul to fix her body for the sake of her health and her career.
